The California Inland Empire Merit Badge Counselor for Cooking will be Mrs. Anastasia Leveck and Ms. Laurey Neuer ciecmb2020@gmail.com

Our 2 trained leaders will meet with Scouts  to work on requirements, 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 plan meals, and review progress.

     Scouts can complete this merit badge in one month if they attend their scheduled breakouts, complete all independent work, and plan and cook a meal each week.

Scouts will receive a link to live web locations where they can enter answers, upload photos, communicate with staff, and watch their progress

Scouts must attend a mandatory Orientation Session  Tuesday September 1st  5:00PM -7:00PM  Pacific Time

At orientation Scouts will receive instructions and a link to schedule times for break out sessions. The scout will be responsible for picking a schedule that works for them

There will be 7 break outs to choose from. Scouts must plan to attend at least 3 of the breakout sessions, if a Scout needs more sessions are there will be times available.

Limited to the first 50 registrants

Registration will include a copy of the Cooking Merit Badge book and a physical blue card mailed to the participant

All participants will be held to a high standard. Participation is required, registration alone does not guarantee completion of the merit badge. For some merit badges some requirements will not be able to be completed online. Please pay attention to the requirements you can expect to be covered in this merit badge class. Upon completion of the online session, the Scout and their Scoutmaster will receive an email with a physical blue card informing them of all the completed requirements.  If the Scout completes all the merit badge requirements to the satisfaction of the merit badge counselor the blue card will also include their signature.
