2021 Eagle Recognition and NESA Awards Dinner

 

 

Register for 2021 Virtual Eagle Dinner

To celebrate and honor the accomplishments of the current Class of Eagle Scouts, the California Inland Empire Council is hosting the 2021 Eagle Scout Virtual Recognition & NESA Awards on Saturday,

April 30, 2021, at 7:00pm, via ZOOM. This year, the event is not only reaching out to the current class of new Eagle Scouts, but to Eagle Scouts of all ages.

 

New Eagle Scouts – Class of 2019 & 2020: (January 2019 – December 2020)

Congratulations on attaining the highest rank in Scouting.

This is a FREE event for the 2019 & 2020 Class of Eagle Scouts, but you must register.

 

Eagle Scout Alumni:

If you are already an Eagle Scout, you know what a difference achieving this goal can make in a young Scout’s life. Please join us to celebrate the accomplishments of this new Class of Eagles as well as an opportunity to socialize with other Eagle Scout Alumni in our council.

 

Registration & Sponsorships:

To celebrate the accomplishments of this new Class of Eagles, the California Inland Empire Council requests your participation as a sponsor at the 2020 Eagle Scout Virtual Recognition and NESA Awards.

 

Virtual Sponsor:  This year we are asking everyone to help GROW Scouting and give back to those that help you earn the rank of Eagle Scout.  

Every 2019 and 2020 Eagle Scout will receive a Class of 2020 or 2019 CSP.

(2019 Eagle Scouts that have already received a Class of 2019 CSP will receive a 2020 CSP.)

 

Council NESA (National Eagle Scout Association) Chapter:

Eagle Scouts will have the opportunity to join our Council NESA Chapter at the dinner.

2021 NYLT

 

NYLT  National Youth Leadership Training

Three session to choose from, register below

NYLT #1 July 19th to 24th

NYLT #2 July 26th to 31st

NYLT #3 December 28th to January 2nd

 

NYLT (National Youth Leadership Training) is advanced leadership training for youth troop, teams, ships, and crew leaders. National Youth Leadership Training is an exciting, action packed program designed to provide young men and women members of the Boy Scouts of America with leadership skills and an experience they can use in their home troops, teams, ships, or crews.   NYLT teaches lifelong leadership skills. The NYLT course centers around the concepts of what a leader must BE, what a leader must KNOW and what a leader must DO. NYLT provides youth leaders with the HOW-TO skills they need to be strong youth and strong youth leaders

Registration fee $350.00 (Due no later than the participant orientation date)

TO ATTEND, THE SCOUT / VENTURE SCOUT MUST:

  • Be 13 years of age

  • Be a First-Class Scout or Venture Scout

  • Have his/her Unit Leader recommendation

  • Complete ILST - Introduction to Leadership Skills (Troops, Teams). Previously known as Cedar Badge or

  • Complete ILSC - Introduction to Leadership Skills for Crews (Venturing).

During the course scouts will learn how to use the following leadership skills:

  • Vision – Goals -Planning

  • SMART Goals

  • Problem Solving

  • SSC-Start Stop Continue

  • Stages of Team Development

  • Conflict Resolution

  • Making Ethical Decisions

  • Communication

  • Valuing People

  • Teaching Edge
