Old Baldy and Sunrise Camporee

“This past Saturday, several Troops from both the Old Baldy and Sunrise District came together at Camp Emerson for a day of fun and competition – Camporee. The Scouts had a great time competing in a variety of events, such as an obstacle course, friction bridge, tripod challenge, compass rose, tomahawk throw and more. Jordan and I want to thank all of our wonderful volunteers in running this event, especially Jon Herrmann our Camporee Chairman, as well as the Shooting Sports Committee for providing their time and expertise to the event, and Ranger Alan for helping keep Camp Emerson looking so amazing for our Scouts to enjoy.”
