NYLT Staff Opportunities

NYLT is looking to fill its staffing positions for the coming 2022 year. If you are looking to have fun while passing the lessons of NYLT along to the next years youth leaders, this is an opportunity for you. Staff, like participants on NYLT courses, form into a leadership team, they learn to work together and overcome problems, they become a training team then they end up being a great training team that presents a great program to the youth participants.

While this is a Youth Lead course, it is Adult Guided. It takes many “youth” minded adults to teach and guide these youth staff members on how to give good presentations, how to develop good skills to demonstrate leadership.

The 2022 Training Courses and a list of the Course Directors have been set and are below:

Week 1 June 13-18

Week 2 August 1-6

Week 3 December 28-Jan 2

Note that each course has many other date obligations for Staff Developments. They are listed on the second page of this flyer.
