Welcome to the CIEC 2021 Virtual University of Scouting

We're excited to invite Scouts, Scouters & Parents to join us for our annual training virtually! This year, participants will not need to register for courses individually. Our Instructors & Moderators will be tracking attendance to make sure that their participants have registered for University of Scouting from this page. Our event will take place in the Zoom format, but participants should not need any additional computer software. Online registration will close after 11:55pm PST on 2/14/2021.

Cost is $15 for each participant which will include the day's course availability, and a commemorative patch as well as a 2021 University of Scouting facemask. Please provide addresses for participants at the time of registration so that these items can be mailed to each individual. All items will be mailed at the close of registration of the event, or after the completion of the CIEC University of Scouting 2021. 

Before registering, please consider the following:

• With a virtual format: anyone in the world is welcome to join us, but some program helps may be specific to Scouting in Southern California with those issues most pertinent in our region.
• Course times have yet to be fully determined. Check here regularly for updates. 
• Courses cannot be formally tracked in BSA systems like Scoutbook. Our courses are specific to this event only and they are not formally recognized outside of the event.
